Jade deluxe re-issues in the shops
Yes, we've been at bit slow at Snow Beach Towers getting this news up but the Deluxe CD re-issue of Fly On Strangewings by Jade (on Lightning Tree Records - Light Flash CD014) is now for sale at Amazon and other good retailers. The CD is housed in a card gatefold cover that is a mini-replica of the original LP sleeve.
The Japanese version of this re-issue, complete with obi & matt (not shiny) card cover, is available from the Japanese label/store, Strange Days Records.

It is Recommended Album of The Month for December (& part of January) at Woven Wheat Whispers download site and is included in the Spiral Earth editor's (Iain Hazlewood) 5 stand-out albums of 2007.

The Gathering - Marianne's new album!
This week Marianne has been in the studio in London mastering her long-awaited new album, The
Gathering. Marianne is predicting a release date in late November early December.
The first 500 CDs will be a special edition, personally signed & numbered by Marianne. This special edition will only be available through MarianneSegal-Jade.com and we will be accepting pre-orders for it very soon (in the next or two). The album will also be available in MP3 format, initially through other sites (full details here later).
The Gathering features Circulus and several other guest musicians including Bill Steer (Firebird), Amy May (Paris Motel) & Root Cartwright (Principal Edwards Magical Theatre). Keep checking back, ahead of the release, for more info, cover art, photos etc collected in a special The Gathering section on this website. Jade reissues - deluxe edition CD
The reissue of Jade's Fly On Strangewings in a deluxe edition (detailed below), is now scheduled by Lightning Tree Records to be released in November.
The Japanese deluxe CD reissue (described here) is now due for release in December on Strange Days Records.

Special for Jade fans in Japan
As well as the forthcoming deluxe re-issue on Lightning Tree of Jade's Fly On Strangewings, detailed below, there will be a Japanese issue of the CD also with card gatefold sleeve replicating the original LP sleeve and booklet.
Japanese customers can buy the CD from Strange Days Records when it is released in September.

New album by Marianne Segal featuring Circulus coming soon!
Marianne is making the final finishing touches to the recording of her new album. The album features the band Circulus, Bill Steer from Firebird and, on strings, Amy May from Paris Motel.
After working with Circulus in 2005 on their first album, with the track Swallow, it was suggested that Michael Tyack of Circulus work with Marianne on her new album. Swallow became one of the favourites in the 2005 'Readers Chart' of the NME , charting at number 3 and placed at the same position in the January 2006 Mojo Playlist Readers' Top 10. This inspired Marianne to move forward with the new album idea.
The release date is not yet known but you'll be the first to know when it is!

New deluxe CD edition of the original Jade album, Fly on Strangewings
Due for release in August on Lightning Tree, the repress of Fly on Strangewings will be released in a deluxe limited edition CD housed in a card gatefold sleeve replicating the original LP sleeve, with booklet.
